About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to perform financial analysis, reporting, and auditing functions. The ideal candidate will compile financial data, prepare journal entries, and support organization-wide financial reports while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Tax, and Reconciliation analyses.
- Prepare and review journal entries , ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
- Assist in preparing annual comprehensive financial reports and quarterly interest allocations .
- Perform audit functions and review internal reports for accuracy.
- Maintain and update financial records in ACCESS databases and Excel spreadsheets .
- Collaborate on process improvements and written procedure documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of accounting experience, including:
- General ledger management and month-end close .
- Auditing and financial reconciliation .
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, ACCESS) .
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Accounting or Business Administration (Accountancy concentration).
