Inside Sales Specialist

We're seeking an Inside Sales Specialist .

Responsibilities:
* Process daily customer orders and send order confirmations.
* Answer inbound customer calls and support sales promotions.
* Provide accurate pricing, product information, and availability
Track, expedite, and resolve delayed or missing shipments.
* Collaborate with Production, Sales, Shipping, Warehouse, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
* Maintain accurate order records and ensure timely follow-up with customers.

Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of experience in B2B order processing, inside sales, customer service, or sales support.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Experience with Sage 300 ERP

* Experience working in Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Goods, or Wholesale industries
