Job Title: Scrum Master - Guidewire PolicyCenter

Role Summary

We are seeking a SAFe Certified Scrum Master with proven experience leading Agile delivery across Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation projects . The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles, and ensure successful delivery in a multi‑vendor environment. Prior experience working with Farmers Insurance is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives .

• Coach teams on Agile values, Scrum practices, and SAFe principles.

• Track team progress, manage RAID items, and generate reports using Rally .

• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external vendor teams to align priorities and remove impediments.

• Ensure delivery commitments are met across multi‑vendor development teams.

• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Support Agile governance standards and reporting requirements.

Essential Skills

• SAFe Certified Scrum Master with 8-10 years of Agile delivery experience.

• Mandatory experience as a Scrum Master on Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation projects .

• Mandatory experience working with Farmers Insurance .

• Strong knowledge of Agile planning and execution activities.

• Hands‑on experience with Rally for tracking progress and managing RAID items.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage dependencies and risks across multiple teams.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Exposure to Agile coaching and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).

• Strong understanding of insurance domain workflows .

Experience Required

• 8-10 years of experience in Agile delivery and Scrum Master roles.

• Proven track record in Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations .

• Prior experience working with Farmers Insurance .
