Commercial Plumbing Project Manager
Commercial Plumbing Project Manager position for large Mechanical Contractor in Orange County, CA
This is a permanent position with a generous salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Attend preconstruction and BIM coordination meetings with owners and General Contractors
- Communicate with other sub-contractors, suppliers, on pricing
- Build accurate, winning estimates for new construction, as-builts, TI’s, among other projects
- Communicate with Sr PM’s, PE’s, Detailers, and others internally as well as Superintendents and Foreman on the job site
- Balance time between office and job sites
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience including schools, fire stations, among others
- Stable work-history
- Plan and Spec experience required, Design-Build and Negotiated project experience also a plus
- Mid-Large project experience ranging from 2 to 25 million (most falling between 8 to 10 million)
- Excel and advanced construction software is a bonus (including on-screen take-off, scheduling, and pdf editing software)
- Prior field experience as an apprentice, journeyman, foreman experience highly preferred
