Location: Riot Creative Imaging Los Angeles Office Team: Southern California Operations (local and national projects) Reports to: Angel Martinez, General Manager Riot LA Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible/overtime as needed) Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly Compensation: $24$28/hour (based on experience; open to discussion)About the Role
Riot Creative Imaging is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regional Estimator to join our Southern California Operations Team. This role is central to managing and coordinating all aspects of project estimating, including installation components such as:- Graphics and signage
- Digital displays
- Promotional goods
- Mounting and finishing
- Small-format marketing items
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming quote requests
- Review project plans and documentation to build accurate quotes
- Develop estimates using Excel and internal platforms (MFG)
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to define project solutions
- Coordinate with vendors for sourcing and pricing
- Maintain pricing guidelines and profit margins
- Track quote status and follow up with stakeholders
- Create and manage work orders for production
- Update CRM (HubSpot) with client and project details
- Support billing and profitability tracking
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Foster a service-oriented, collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- 2+ years in estimating, project coordination, or production support (graphics/signage/construction preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, costing templates, analysis tools)
- Experience with estimating platforms (MFG, PrintIQ, PACE, or similar)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional organization and multitasking skills
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
