Parts Masker
MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN MASKING PARTS.
Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Parts Masker for a reputable provider of metal parts painting and coating services that paints and coats metal parts for various clients in Anaheim CA.
Schedule: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday. Flexibility to do overtime as needed.
Requirements of a Parts Masker:
- 1 year of previous experience in metal masking is preferred.
- Must pass E-verify
- Must be able to lift to 25lbs
- A basic understanding of painting and coating processes is a plus
- Previous experience in roles such as Masking Technician, Paint Shop Technician, Powder Coating Preparer, Powder Coating Masking Technician, Metal Masking Specialist, Metal Parts Masker, and Coating Prep Technician is a huge plus!

Responsibilities of a Parts Masker:
- Accurately apply masking materials such as tape, plugs, and caps to specified areas of metal parts.
- Maintain an inventory of masking materials and equipment.
- Clean and prepare metal surfaces before masking to ensure proper adhesion of masking materials and coatings.
- Perform routine maintenance on masking tools and equipment.
- Inspect masked parts for any imperfections or areas that require rework, preventing coating from seeping into protected areas.
