What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Build lasting relationships with both new and returning customers.
• Maintain the store’s beautiful aesthetic through cleaning, stocking, organizing, and following merchandising plans.
• Collaborate with your team to foster a fun, positive, and supportive environment.
• Operate the register and handle sales transactions with accuracy.
• Develop deep product knowledge to confidently assist customers and represent our brand.
• Embody Morning Lavender’s brand aesthetic with confidence, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of style.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 years of retail experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
• A flexible schedule, including availability for days, nights, weekends, holidays, openings, and closings.
• Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Comfort with physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and helping customers look and feel their best!
