Legal Secretary | Civil Litigation | Roseville, CA | 143611
A well-established business and civil litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Legal Secretary to join its Northern California office in Roseville . This is a full-time role supporting attorneys in a dynamic litigation practice.
Responsibilities:
Provide litigation support, including during trial
Prepare trial court pleadings, written discovery, and appellate briefs
Handle e-filing, calendaring, and deadline management
Work with local and state court rules
Qualifications:
5+ years of civil litigation secretarial experience
Strong skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, Law Toolbox, and Westlaw Doc & Form Builder
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Compensation & Benefits:
$60,000–$90,000 annually
