Accounts Payable, Staff Accountant
- Vendor onboarding
- Process inbound invoices and related correspondence across multiple vendors
- 3-Way and 2-way Match invoices to purchase orders and confirm proper coding and approvals
- Enter and track invoices in our ERP system (NetSuite & Corpay)
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate aging reports
- Process employee expense reimbursements using Expensify
- Review credit card transactions for receipts and accuracy
- Respond to vendor inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution
- Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies
- Payment coordination on a weekly basis
- Handle 1099 reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve A/P processes and reporting
- Support monthly close with accurate and organized documentation
- Proficiency with Excel (intermediate level or higher)
- BA/BS in accounting or finance with minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Experience using major ERP systems; NetSuite strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Willingness to embrace technology and lean into process improvement
