Cardio Kickboxing Coach/Fitness Instructor (Part-Time)
CKO Kickboxing San Diego is seeking an experienced and motivated Cardio Kickboxing Coach / Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes and contribute to a positive, results-driven gym environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging, high-intensity cardio kickboxing classes.
- Introduce new drills, combinations, and training formats to keep classes fresh.
- Modify workouts to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities.
- Coach or assist with boot camp and strength & conditioning classes.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and motivating class environment.
- Support the growth of a strong gym community.
Requirements:
- Previous experience teaching cardio kickboxing or group fitness classes.
- Experience with boot camp and/or strength & conditioning training preferred.
- Strong communication and class management skills.
- Ability to adapt workouts in real time.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Guaranteed 4–8 hours per week to start.
- Flexible scheduling with additional hours available as the gym grows.
- Competitive compensation based on experience.
- Bonus potential.
