Overview of the job
In this role you will be reporting into our Group Director & VP of Partnerships and will be responsible for building brand direct relationships to drive revenue for our North America business.

Measures of success - in the first few months, you will have:
Mastered The “Influencer Way”: Gained a strong understanding of our unique capabilities, proprietary technology to approach to maximizing client success and campaign results.
Built Key Relationships: Established strong connections with target brands, gaining a deep understanding of their marketing needs and objectives.
Secured Initial Wins: Closed your first few partnerships, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue and align brand goals with Influencer’s capabilities and areas of expertise.
Roles & responsibilities:
Grow and develop brand and agency relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Strategically identify opportunities and build a qualified pipeline through relationship building and understanding brands’ KPIs.
Partner with Group Director & VP of Partnerships to prospect, close and grow revenue opportunities, which involves achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Weekly reporting to VP of Partnerships on sales performance and sales forecasting.
Ideate and build strategic action plans for clients and manage the sales process from outreach to renewal.
Keep track of competitor activity, using industry knowledge to identify potential new markets and increase the market share.
Work closely with the VP of Client Services to ensure and maintain a high level of client service.
What you will need:
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in digital advertising sales with exposure to influencer marketing.
Proven tracker record and experience delivering revenue against quarterly and annual goals. Ability to build and manage a pipeline to exceed targets.
Experience with selling directly to brands with strong client relationship building skills.
Ability to be a self starter and to take control of commercial opportunities.
Strong revenue skills, with an understanding of targets and how to execute against them.
Skilled in sales strategy, knowing where we are as a business and where we want to be.
Excellent proposal and presentation skills, with the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders.
Eager to learn and grow within a fast paced environment.
