Supply Chain Manager - ATI

What you’ll do
As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of inventory, ensuring alignment between supply and demand while driving efficiency, accuracy, cost control, and timeliness across all customers and markets.
You will act as the central owner of supply-demand planning and inventory performance, ensuring that ATI’s supply chain operates proactively, not reactively. This role requires strong analytical capability, an ownership mindset, and the ability to drive accountability across internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
Supply-demand alignment & inventory optimization
- Continuously balance supplier capacity, demand forecasts, and customer order priorities
- Optimize inventory levels across all customers to minimize stockouts, excess, and inefficiencies
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and suppliers to ensure accurate demand planning and supply readiness
Issue ownership & escalation management
- Own and lead the resolution of supply chain escalations, both internally and externally
- Act as the point of accountability for resolving supply disruptions, shortages, or allocation challenges
- Ensure issues are driven through to full resolution with clear communication and accountability
Performance tracking & accountability
- Track and analyze supply chain performance against SLAs, forecasts, and operational targets
- Hold the supply chain team accountable for delivering accurate, on-time, and efficient outcomes
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to ensure visibility across departments
Continuous improvement & process optimization
- Identify and implement improvements to internal and external supply chain processes
- Drive measurable improvements in performance through SLA adherence and system enhancements
- Lead initiatives to improve planning accuracy, inventory turns, and operational efficiency
End-to-end systems optimization
- Optimize systems and tools supporting forecasting, inventory management, and order planning
- Ensure data integrity and alignment across systems used by Sales, Operations, and Finance
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, visibility, and decision-making capability
Cross-functional alignment & execution
- Partner with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Finance to ensure supply chain decisions support business objectives
- Align supply chain planning with commercial priorities and operational execution
- Support the delivery of quarterly and annual business priorities

- Proven experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or inventory management within the wholesale/food export industry.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to make data-driven decisions under uncertainty
- Experience managing forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier coordination
- Demonstrated ability to own and resolve complex supply chain issues
- Strong systems mindset with experience improving processes and tools
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across teams
