As our Bell Attendant, you’ll whisk guests to and from the hotel in style, sharing your insider tips on the best restaurants and must-see sights around town—think of yourself as their personal adventure guide! You’ll help guests with their bags, keep our vehicles looking spotless, and jump in at the front desk whenever needed. From handling concierge requests to ensuring every guest has an unforgettable stay, you’ll do it all with a warm smile, quick wit, and can-do attitude!
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Welcome Wagon Pro: Greet every guest and teammate with genuine warmth and a service-first smile, making every encounter feel like the start of a grand adventure!
- Style & Shine Specialist: Rock your uniform and name tag with pride, always looking sharp and polished to represent us at our best—because first impressions count!
- Luggage Legend: Swiftly load, unload, and tag bags, escorting guests to their rooms like VIPs, and taking care of every suitcase, package, and special delivery with flair.
- Info Insider: Keep the scoop on all the local hotspots, attractions, and transportation options, ready to share maps and directions or answer any burning questions at a moment’s notice.
- Trustworthy Trailblazer: Safeguard sensitive areas, master keys, and guest privacy with top-notch responsibility and sound judgment—always upholding our reputation and safety standards while driving, assisting, and leading behind the scenes.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- At least one year of driving experience
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay calm, composed, and objective under pressure
