Assistant Location Hybrid work in Los Angeles, CA :

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Assistant who can handle both professional and personal tasks. The role is mostly remote, but you must be based in Los Angeles for occasional in-person errands or meetings.

What You'll Do

  • Manage email inboxes and customer communications
  • Perform data entry and organize documents in Google Sheets/Excel
  • Make and receive business-related phone calls (including sales outreach)
  • Conduct online research and summarize actionable insights
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, and follow-ups
  • Handle occasional personal errands or appointment bookings (local only)
  • Maintain digital file organization and SOPs
  • Track leads and assist with CRM data input
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with your supervisor

  • Enthusiastic with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Required Skills & Tools

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Prior experience as an assistant, receptionist, or coordinator

Nice to Have (Preferred, Not Required)

  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Light bookkeeping or invoice tracking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
