$47,000 - $55,000 Average First Year Earnings
- $23 an Hour plus COMMISSIONS & BONUSES
- COMPANY VEHICLE with gas card after training is completed
- Company provided iPhone and iPad with sales software
- FULL-TIME
- Monday - Saturday
- 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred

An Orkin Field Representative (often Outside Sales Representative) is a sales-focused role involving inspecting properties (homes/businesses), identifying pest issues, recommending solutions, and selling service contracts, requiring strong relationship-building, prospecting for new leads, and using company tools like iPads for sales, with training provided for inspections and sales techniques, emphasizing safety and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Prospecting for new clients, networking, generating leads, and achieving sales goals.
- Property Inspection: Conducting thorough interior/exterior inspections of properties, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas, learning to identify pest issues.
- Customer Consultation: Empathetically explaining pest problems, recommending effective solutions, and setting clear expectations for service plans.
- Sales Process: Preparing sales agreements using provided technology (like iPads) and closing deals.
- Safety & Professionalism: Prioritizing safety, wearing PPE (like respirators), and maintaining high professional standards.
Work Environment & Requirements
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in various weather conditions, access confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Tools: Use of company-provided iPads for sales and organization.
- Training: Receive in-depth training on pest control, sales, and company procedures.
- License: Need to obtain the required pesticide license/certification (company-paid).
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
