As a Solar Energy Consultant in Training , you’ll be trained to help homeowners transition to clean, affordable energy through GWH’s vetted network of solar providers. No prior experience is required—only a coachable mindset, integrity, and a relentless work ethic. You’ll be helping customers save money while building your own book of business with long-term earning potential through overrides, referrals, and equity-based bonuses.
