Senior Consultant, Business Management Office
- Assessing current-state finance, planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and grants management processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Analyzing financial, operational, and program data to develop insights, recommendations, and client-ready deliverables
- Supporting the design and implementation of finance transformation solutions, process improvements, and operating model changes
- Managing project tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking milestones to support delivery objectives
- Preparing presentations, status updates, and documentation for client meetings, executive reviews, and decision-making

- Bachelor's degree
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing, or grants management
- 2+ years of experience analyzing financial, operational, or program data and developing recommendations
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Experience serving federal, state, local government, or public higher education clients
- Experience with enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, or financial planning and analysis tools
- Experience supporting grants management programs
- Experience with process mapping, business requirements gathering, or target operating model design
- Master's degree
