The Seasonal Perch Server will primarily support the Perch Patio Bar in the afternoons, providing outstanding service to our guests. Depending on business levels, you may also assist with poolside service. This position is primarily PM shifts. Key Responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional guest service at the Perch Patio Bar, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and anticipating guest needs.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas.

• Assist with poolside service as needed, depending on business levels.

• Collaborate with team members and maintain communication with the management team to provide smooth service.

T his is a nonexempt (hourly) role. The budgeted rate for this role is $16.90 plus additional gratuity. This is the annual hourly rate for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly rates will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.

Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume food and beverage or cocktail lounge setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and guest-focused.
  • Must be able to work in an outdoor environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Riverside County's Food Handler's Card and Responsible Beverage Service Certificate
  • Must be over the age of 21
