Deckers Brands Executive Assistant - President, Global Marketplace
- Orchestrate and optimize the President’s complex calendar, aligning with strategic priorities and global time zones
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external meetings, including leadership forums, offsites, and partner sessions
- Coordinate sophisticated domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment in communication and prioritization
- Partner cross-functionally to identify and implement improvements to workflows, reporting, and administrative processes
- Manage expense reporting with accuracy and integrity, ensuring alignment with company policies
- Provide coordination and execution support for key business initiatives and special projects
- Facilitate a high-functioning team environment by supporting departmental needs and onboarding logistics
- Ensure a polished and welcoming experience for executives, partners, and guests
- Contribute to global event planning and execution by providing flexible support to the Marketplace Program Manager, including logistics , communications, and operational coordination.
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a global or matrixed organization
- Experience supporting C-level or senior leadership strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional presence
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and executional excellence
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Agile and adaptable, with comfort navigating ambiguity and change
