We are seeking a driven, coachable, and growth-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performance remote team. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a scalable book of business , leverage warm, high-intent leads , and earn uncapped income with long-term residual growth .

This is a producer-focused role —you will not be bogged down by servicing, cold calling, or administrative inefficiencies.

• Engage with warm, inbound leads —no cold calling required
• Quote, present, and close commercial and personal insurance policies
• Build and manage your book of business across multiple states
• Leverage advanced CRM and quoting systems to increase speed and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure seamless client experience
• Participate in live coaching, training, and deal support sessions
• Continuously improve sales performance through feedback and mentorship
