As an Environmental Services Attendant , you play a vital behind-the-scenes role in maintaining the serene, pristine environment expected by First Class, Prestige Class, and Elite travelers from around the world.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who take pride in cleanliness, discretion, and upholding luxury standards in a calm, high-end setting.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain an impeccably clean, organized, and polished lounge environment in alignment with Korean Air’s premium brand standards.
• Clean and sanitize all guest areas, including dining spaces, restrooms, seating areas, and high-touch surfaces.
• Ensure floors, furniture, fixtures, and glass surfaces are spotless and well-maintained throughout service periods.
• Monitor lounge conditions and proactively address cleanliness needs to preserve a tranquil guest experience.
• Properly handle waste, recycling, and back-of-house sanitation with care and efficiency.
• Support opening, mid-shift, and closing cleaning duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with lounge, culinary, and service teams to support smooth operations during peak travel times.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, TSA, OSHA, and Korean Air brand guidelines with consistency and professionalism.
• Maintain a respectful, discreet presence while working around international travelers.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bilingual Korean and English skills preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial, environmental services, or housekeeping roles within luxury hotels, airline lounges, hospitals, or premium hospitality environments preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume international lounge.
• Professional, polished demeanor with an understanding of guest privacy and comfort.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds as required.
