SODA has partnered with an AI infrastructure startup building operational systems for the home services industry. They’ve raised $30M total funding in 18 months and are scaling the engineering team after Series A.

This is a chance to build production AI systems that solve real operational problems, not internal demos or side projects. Your work will power customer conversations, booking flows, outbound campaigns, and quality insights used daily by service businesses across the US.

The Opportunity

You’ll own product areas from early discovery through long-term production ownership. The systems you build must perform under real-world pressure — handling live calls, workflows, and customer interactions where reliability matters.

The engineering team values clear thinking, fast execution, and strong product judgement. You’ll work directly with customers, shape technical decisions, and influence how the platform evolves as the company scales.

What You'll Do

- Own features from discovery through launch and iteration
- Build full stack systems supporting AI-driven workflows
- Improve reliability across real-time production AI systems
- Make architectural decisions aligned with product goals
- Partner directly with customers during product development
- Contribute to engineering standards and technical direction
- Work across multiple product areas in parallel

What You'll Bring

Essential:
- Strong experience shipping production software
- Full stack engineering capability across frontend and backend systems
- Clear communication around technical decisions and trade-offs
- Strong product sense and customer awareness

- Experience in high-growth startup environments
