Executive Security Officer - Mountain View Onsite (Hiring Immediately)

The Role : Executive Security Officer - Mountain View Onsite

As an Executive Security Officer, you will be responsible for securing and safeguarding our client’s employees, property and assets at specific sites. You will be a subject matter expert in all site-specific policies and procedures and implementing emergency response activities.

In this role, you will observe and report incidents or suspicious activity to defined management, life/safety personnel or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required. You will exercise calmness of action during highly stressful situations and communicate and interact in a positive and professional manner.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure the integrity and safety of assigned executive spaces.
• Monitor chats, emails, radio and telephone calls and conduct routine monitoring and surveillance of the camera system.
• Control access to designated spaces and provide escorts in the assigned space for approved personnel.
• Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents or conditions following.
• Patrol facilities/campuses on foot and check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, and or unauthorized persons on the grounds.
• Document incidents and reporting as directed.

Qualifications/requirements:

• 10 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military that includes executive or dignitary protection responsibilities and ability to maintain appropriate licenses to carry a concealed weapon in accordance with California state regulations during employment with ASI.
• LEOSA certified (Law Enforcement Officers’ Safety Act)
• Possess and maintain valid Security Guard Card during employment with ASI.
• Possess and maintain CPR certification during employment with ASI.
• Experience in writing routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
• Be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shifts.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.

Preferred qualifications :

• Display exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible/non-standard corporate schedules
• Ability to maintain a valid driver's license
• Ability to multi-task in a fast pace ambiguous environment
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft office, wireless technology, CCTV networks, and fire/security alarm systems.
• Effective written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.

Pay and benefit information :

• Job type: Part time (2-3 eight hour shifts per week)
• Location: Mountain View - On Site Required
• Pay: $55 an hour
• Statutory Paid Sick Time
• 401K - once eligibility requirements are met
