Divine Enterprises is hiring CDL-A TEAM DRIVERS for OTR runs.
We operate Dry Van and Reefer trailers only. We have steady contracted freight and consistent miles. Most of our freight is commercial and medical-related, which provides steady work, consistent miles, and predictable routes.
We guarantee 6,000-7,000 miles per week.
PAY & BONUSES
• Up to $0.86 CPM based on experience
• Earn $2,200–$3,100 per week based on experience
• Quarterly safety bonus up to $2500
• Detention, layover, and stop pay

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A license
- New CDL-A drivers may be considered
- Safe driving record
- Must be willing to drive as a team driver
- Ability to communicate clearly with dispatch and operations
TEAM RUNS & HOME TIME
• We work with drivers to build a schedule that fits the operation and driver availability
• Flexible home time options available, depending on route planning and freight needs
• Team drivers run steady OTR miles with consistent freight
• Average team mileage: 6,000–7,000 miles per week
• OTR routes available across the 48 states
• Canada loads may be available for eligible drivers
• Stable freight helps with better planning and predictable miles
• Dispatch and operations support drivers throughout the trip
