THE WORK

You’d be estimating for a specialty coatings and lining team that focuses on water, wastewater, and industrial projects. The kind of work you’d be pricing:

• Coatings and linings — tanks, pipes, manholes, wet wells, secondary containment
• Waterproofing — bentonite, PVC, HDPE
• Flooring — vinyl and polyurea
• Surface prep — blasting, water jetting, lead abatement
• Concrete repair — manhole rehab, structural rehab, epoxy injection
• Industrial painting
• PVC sheet liners

Day to day — you’re reviewing plans, doing takeoffs, walking jobsites, putting bids together, negotiating with subs and suppliers, handling submittals and RFIs, and working with PMs and ops to make sure jobs run the way you priced them.

WHO FITS
