Chief Medical Officer (Costa Mesa)
Were partnered with the Leading Psychiatric Mental Health Practice in Orange County to find a Chief Medical Officer (Psychiatrist) to join the mission.
This organization was started from the passion and drive of a local Psychiatrist who saw an opportunity for excellence in psychiatric care. This small clinic has grown to 10 locations and over 50 providers due to the clear vision of providing top-tier, whole-person care to the entire family. They pride themselves in offering multiple treatment modalities including TMS and Spravato along with an extensive research department and over 50 partnerships with rehab programs and IOPs . Were looking for a forward-thinking, business-minded physician to provide clinical oversight and operational leadership . Youll work closely with the CEO and founder, along with the rest of the Chiefs to ensure the organization excels and remains a top practice in Orange County. Youll have a voice in the direction of the organization and be a key-player in maintaining the warm, family-oriented culture within all clinic locations. Requirements:
- BC in Psychiatry
- CA Medical License
- Psychiatric Leadership experience
- Experience with growth in a multi-specialty group
- Knowledge of Outpatient Mental Health Treatment
- Experience with children/adolescents OR adult population
