Senior Staff Accountant
- Assist with the month-end close process by owning the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor setup and invoice management
- Perform monthly bank account and corporate credit card reconciliations
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Maintain accounting documentation and standard operating procedures
- Support audit requests and coordinate with external auditors
- Assist with assigned accounting projects as needed
- 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Working knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a professional environment
- Experience in a technology-enabled or healthcare organization
- Experience with accounting systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Bill.com, and SAP Concur
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup formulas
