Sr Product Manager

Responsibilities include monitoring product profitability and budget, leading sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure effective execution, and collaborating with content developers, data scientists, product designers, and user experience researchers to uncover new opportunities. Uses data to build insights on product requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product. Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making Monitors product profitability measures, including budget. Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product leadership as needed. Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrated passion for solving customer pain points through robust backend risk infrastructure, with a foundation in risk management principles and best practices. Strong technical acumen with a proven ability to push boundaries and deliver exceptional value to end users. Experience in early-stage product development, with a creative and agile approach to rapidly drive learning and deliver impact. Highly analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to define success metrics, track performance, and influence outcomes through quantitative insights. Great at cutting through the noise and zeroing in on what actually matters—you know how to get to the heart of a problem fast. Proven ability to foster collaborative environments and build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Vendor Partners, and fellow Product Managers. General understanding of digital payments, financial technology, and the broader fintech ecosystem. Prior experience in fraud or risk management is preferred but not required.
