We’re a growing company looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team and take ownership of our day-to-day accounting operations. If you have strong QuickBooks experience (or any other accounting system) and a passion for accuracy, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and all core financial records using QuickBooks .

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).

• Reconcile bank and account activity to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Prepare and file tax returns; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

• Support annual audits by coordinating with external auditors and providing documentation.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and accounting best practices.

• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial questions and provide guidance.

• Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve accounting issues proactively.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365 preferred).

• Strong knowledge of GAAP.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

• Language: English (required); Korean (preferred).
