Group Product Manager (Copilots) - Remote | WFH

We are seeking a talented Lead Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping and enhancing the build experience for our platform, with a focus on transforming how AI-powered Copilot features can elevate enterprise orchestration. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product managers, and customers, to define and deliver top-tier AI-driven solutions.

As a Lead Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

Shape the overall strategy and vision for the Copilot experience on our platform.
Analyze user data to identify areas for product improvement and optimization.
Define product requirements and work collaboratively with engineering teams to bring new features and services to life.
Make key product decisions, collaborating with teams to ensure the timely delivery of features.
Contribute to refining the product roadmap, particularly for critical AI initiatives.
Champion AI-powered initiatives across the Copilot experience, making a significant impact on the platform's future.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless Copilot experiences throughout the platform.
Provide regular updates to senior management on product performance, roadmap status, and key initiatives.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and drive product improvements.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering valuable and reliable features that meet customer expectations.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications & Experience:

7+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 1+ year working with AI-driven products.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead technical discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Comfort working with both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions and influence roadmap priorities.
A proven track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches and adoption.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines).

Soft Skills & Personal Characteristics:

Exceptional communication skills, with experience writing both technical and business documents.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across multiple time zones.
Comfortable working independently to meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
