Under the direction of the Supervisor I the Analyst II, Employee Resource Liaison (ERL) works with the Office of Human Resources in providing guidance to the Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) management and staff in compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, policies and procedures, directives, and guidelines of the Department of General Services (DGS) and CalHR.
This position is Limited Term (12 months); it may become permanent, be extended up to 24 months, or be cancelled at any time.
This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment. The Department of General Services does not participate in E-Verify for employment authorization purposes.
