What You'll Do

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty diesel truck engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Diagnose complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and service manuals
• Execute both scheduled and unscheduled repairs with minimal supervision, ensuring safety and performance standards
• Operate cranes and specialized equipment to support repair and maintenance tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers, providing detailed service recommendations and updates
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities
• Mentor entry-level technicians and collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery
• Stay current on industry advancements and apply expertise to improve repair processes

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of hands-on equipment repair experience
• Advanced knowledge of diagnostic tools and service manuals
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings
• Ability to provide own tools suitable for the job
• Capability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle (mobile role)
• Ability to pass background checks
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in indoor/outdoor environments

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certifications or OEM-specific training (e.g., Cummins, Detroit, Volvo, etc.)
• Experience with field service or mobile repair
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven customer-facing experience or project leadership on job sites
