Now Hiring: Purchasing Coordinator | $28.00 - $30.00/hr | 6 Months Temp

We’re partnering with a nationally recognized client in the print industry that is seeking a high-performing Customer Service Coordinator for a 6 month temporary assignment . This position supports their Customer Service and Project Estimating functions in a dynamic office located in Santa Ana, CA.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: On-site | Santa Ana, CA
• Assignment Length: 6 months | Temporary Only

Position Summary:

You’ll play a key role in supporting administrative operations, placing vendor orders, producing estimates, and managing customer and supplier interactions. The right candidate will bring professionalism, initiative, and a passion for providing top-tier service while navigating multiple priorities in a fast-paced print service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Prepare detailed project estimates, push orders through production, and ensure timely delivery
• Provide customers with quotes
• Generate and submit vendor Purchase Orders and ensure alignment with invoicing
• Communicate pricing changes and discrepancies across departments
• Review inventory and propose solutions for stale or slow-moving stock
• Perform administrative duties including invoice coding, vendor research, and internal documentation
• Track trending/new promotional products from vendors and offer recommendations
• Maintain clear records of all customer and vendor activity
• Provide support across the team as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4–5 years of purchasing experience and customer service
• Good Math Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
