Tax Credit Manager
- Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 base salary plus bonus, commensurate with experience.
- Lead financial underwriting and detailed tax credit modeling for LIHTC, ITC, and other opportunities, including sensitivity, scenario, and return analyses.
- Manage end-to-end transactions — structuring, negotiation, documentation review, and closing — in partnership with legal, finance, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor performance, compliance, and risk across the tax investments portfolio; maintain dashboards and reporting for internal and regulatory audiences.
- Prepare and deliver investment recommendations and due diligence findings to senior leadership with clarity and conviction.
- 7+ years in tax credit investing, renewable energy finance, real estate finance, or a related field — LIHTC and/or ITC underwriting experience strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of federal and state tax credit programs, partnership structures, and tax compliance
- Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills; ability to assess credit quality, capital structure, and projected tax benefits
- Excellent communication skills — able to distill complex analysis for executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or CPA preferred
