Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Downey, CA within the real estate and property management industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who enjoys supporting campaigns, coordinating content, assisting with brand visibility, and helping drive engagement across digital and traditional marketing channels.

The Marketing Assistant will work closely with leadership and internal teams to support day-to-day marketing initiatives in a stable, service-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns for real estate and property management services.
- Assist with creating, editing, and organizing marketing materials, property listings, flyers, email campaigns, and digital content.
- Help maintain brand consistency across websites, social media, email communications, and printed collateral.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and leadership to gather information, manage timelines, and complete marketing projects.
- Track campaign activity, organize marketing files, update reports, and assist with basic performance follow-up.
- Provide administrative marketing support, including scheduling, proofreading, data entry, and project coordination.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Downey, CA.

- 3 to 5 years of marketing, marketing coordination, or marketing assistant experience.
- Strong writing, proofreading, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting digital marketing, email campaigns, social media content, and printed marketing materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, collaborative, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and external contacts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in real estate, property management, housing, or a related service-based industry.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or property management software.
- Experience supporting social media calendars, property listings, online advertising, or local marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadline-driven projects.
