Overview
A respected dental laboratory in Santa Ana is hiring a full-time Lab Designer / Adjuster with advanced experience in full arch implant restorations. This is a specialized opportunity to work on life-changing prosthetics in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. The ideal candidate is skilled in both digital and analog workflows, communicates clearly with clinicians and lab teams, and is passionate about delivering functional and esthetic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design full arch implant prosthetics using CAD/CAM software (3Shape, Exocad).
• Evaluate digital scans and ensure proper implant positioning.
• Perform both digital and manual adjustments for occlusion, vertical dimension, and esthetics.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure case accuracy and expectations are met.
• Support modifications before delivery and after insertion.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the lab management system.
• Help identify workflow improvements and support best practices in full arch restorations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental laboratory environment.
• Strong focus on full arch and implant-supported cases.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (3Shape, Exocad, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and esthetic design.
• Ability to read and interpret clinical records, photos, radiographs, and STL files.
• High attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• CDT certification preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with All-on-X, bar-retained hybrids, or zirconia full arch restorations.
• Familiarity with guided surgery and digital surgical planning tools.
• Ability to manage complex case volumes and meet production timelines.

Compensation and Benefits:
