- Aggressive Growth Execution: Own the full-cycle recruitment strategy to scale the Field Operations team from 17 to 50+ members by year-end.
- High-Volume Sourcing: Independently source and prescreen a high volume of candidates for warehouse, production, and field-based roles, maintaining 30–60 daily touchpoints.
- Speed to Hire: Fill requisitions quickly and efficiently to meet aggressive project deadlines without sacrificing candidate quality.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate directly with leadership to define job descriptions, discuss staffing needs, and provide expert recommendations on cultural fit.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the HR lead for seamless handoffs while maintaining a 100% focus on recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Global Coordination: Work effectively with an international team, ensuring alignment on hiring standards across time zones.
