Facilities Coordinator -

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have a background in facilities maintenance and administrative support, we want to hear from you! Key QualificationsBilingual (English/Spanish) – This is a requirement!
Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with personnel at all levels, tenants, and vendors.
Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and requirements.
3+ years of Facilities Maintenance Receptionist experience preferred. Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors,
greeting them upon arrival to the office suite.
Answer inbound telephone calls for 7 buildings and provide excellent customer service.
Create and close work orders efficiently.
Generate and manage purchase orders.
Assist in coordinating schedules for routine tasks with various departments and supervisors.
Ensure paperwork is filed accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and additional tenant services.
Handle miscellaneous administrative activities as assigned by the supervisor.
Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned by management. Why Join Us?
