About us

Cash Cards Unlimited is a small business based in Thousand Oaks, CA. We are a retail trading card supplier owned by a former NFL player. Our products include Pokemon, Magic The Gathering, miscellaneous other TCG games, and our Sports Cards Selection is rapidly increasing. We operate both brick and mortar stores and a website. In addition, we utilize various social media platforms to attract customers and sell our products through live streaming and breaks. We are just over 2 and we are growing significantly. This listing is for our new second brick and mortar location that will be opening in the Topanga Mall.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Greet and interact with guests to ensure their experience always comes first.
• Develop customer relations through a friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within the shop, utilizing friendly but professional methods of honest and open communication.
• Continually strives to build knowledge surrounding the TCG community through training and education of self and other team members.
• Perform related duties and assignments as directed by supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Strong knowledge of TCG and/or Sports Card products.
• Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment such as, but not limited to, cash register, time and record keeping systems.
• Previous experience with fulfillment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English to customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work flexible hours preferred.
• Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured work environment.
• Demonstrated capacity to think “outside the box,” communicate and motivate customers on the company's products.
• Consistency and dedication.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage stress and criticism.

Education and Training

High School Degree Required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
