Product Manager, Web

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute web development projects
- Define project scope, objectives, and requirements
- Work closely with the team of Project Managers and web QA testers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Leverage advanced technical analytics skills including SQL querying, Google Analytics (GA/GA4), and data visualization tools to monitor website performance, identify user behavior trends, and provide actionable insights that guide product strategy and feature optimization
- Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time. Own the release date
- Monitor project progress and communicate potential risks or delays
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative and Content, to refine project scope and requirements
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing of mobile applications
- Identify, document and prioritize defect resolution
- Create, update and maintain project documentation in Confluence
- Work closely with development and QA teams to help resolve project-related issues
- Escalate issues to when necessary
- Monitor web performance, analytics and revenue. Act as an owner for the web business.
Requirements
What You Should Have
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- 3+ years technical project management experience required
- Technical understanding of mobile/web technologies, platforms, and development methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with QA and testing practices for mobile/web applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of audiences including technologists, executives, business partners and IT team members
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-departmentally

Working Conditions
- Work is performed in an office environment with low to moderate noise levels.
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
- Position requires regular, continuous use of computer.
- Position requires regular sitting and standing.
- Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: in-person, phone, WebEx, Zoom, or email.
- May require occasional travel.
- This is a hybrid position; employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) with the option of working remotely two days (Wednesday and Friday).
Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 annual salary.
