Position Summary

The FOH Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming service. This role is key to creating a polished yet approachable dining atmosphere that reflects the standards of Infuse Hospitality and Tapestry Bistro & Bar.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide warm, professional, and timely table service to all guests
2. Present menus, describe dishes, and make thoughtful food & beverage recommendations
3. Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
4. Accurately take and enter orders using POS systems
5. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
7. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
8. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
9. Support team members during peak service periods to ensure efficiency and consistency
10. Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive guest experience

Qualifications

1. Previous server experience in a full-service restaurant, bistro, or upscale casual dining preferred
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
4. Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
5. Basic knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails is a plus
6. Familiarity with POS systems preferred
7. Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays as needed
