Transaction Operations Support Analyst - Telework Hybrid
Job Description and Duties

This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.

The position(s) being advertised may be subject to allocation approval by the Human Resources Branch. Fingerprint/Criminal Record Clearance is required before hire. The Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full-time appointment. Moving and relocation expenses will not be reimbursed for this position.

Special Requirements
- The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instruction, communicate effectively, and possess strong organization, time management, and customer service skills. Must demonstrate dependability, and be able to work independently or within a team atmosphere. Knowledge of general office equipment and proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Filemaker Pro.
Desirable Qualifications
In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instruction, communicate effectively, and possess strong organization, time management, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of general office equipment and proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and FileMaker Pro.
- Knowledge of, or experience with, MIRS and/or personnel transactions.
- Experience with reporting, presenting, and communicating complex information.
- Ability to interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, bargaining unit contracts, and/or control agency directions.
- Experience with process improvement and automation.
