Sales Order Processor Location: Irvine, CA Job Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire Pay: $23.00–$24.00 per hour (DOE) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Order Processor to join a growing team in Irvine, CA. This role is responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through fulfillment while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP , high-volume order processing, and handling customer inquiries related to returns, cancellations, and order issues. Key Responsibilities Process and confirm customer purchase orders using SAP Support account managers with order management and administrative tasks Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product information, tracking, and delivery status Coordinate with shipping carriers and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Process returns, cancellations, credits, and replacement orders Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shortages, backorders, and shipment issues Review orders for accuracy, including pricing and product information Generate shipping documentation, invoices, and bills of lading Maintain accurate records and documentation Collaborate with internal teams to provide a high level of customer support Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, account support, or a related field Experience using SAP for order management Experience handling returns, cancellations, credits, and order exceptions Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience High-volume order processing Logistics, shipping, or freight coordination Customer account management Experience creating shipping documents and supporting order fulfillment processes Why Apply?
