As a leader within the Partner and Data Products team, you will innovate and manage a suite of products for creators and partners, ensuring our platforms meet and exceed the expectations of our diverse and vibrant community. You will define new products with industry-wide impact, set product vision and long-term strategy, and work cross-functionally across multiple domains. You will:
Lead product vision on a suite of technical & professional products that enable content creators, developers & publishers to bring the best games to PlayStation
Own & drive an end-to-end roadmap that advances and accelerates the craft of content creation that ranges from internal and partner tools, to APIs and more.
Work with leaders from various world-class engineering teams & professionals in the game development & game platform business
Drive the execution of your vision & strategy, collaborating across engineering, design, research and program management.
Develop artifacts, lead workshops and other rituals, to ensure a broad understanding and alignment of product requirements and the customer needs.
You have:
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a creator or publisher focused digital environment.
A healthy blend of deep technical knowledge with a production-focused mindset and empathy for creative customers and partners.
Consistent record working on content systems, or next-best-action platforms.
Excellent communication skills, you can synthesize context, present trade-offs, and drive decisions across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong product intuition paired with a comfort navigating technical discussions and experimentation methodologies.
Prior experience in game development, publishing, or similar high-scale B2B platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with build/buy/partner frameworks and platform-level architecture evaluations.
Comfort leading roadmap discussions and influencing at both strategic and executional levels.
Experience operating in global or multi-market product environments.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role is eligible for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products. The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$131,200 - $196,800 USD
