Position: Bilingual Human Resources Lead (English/Spanish REQUIRED )

Location: Rancho Cordova

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role :

We are on the search for a seasoned and strategic Human Resources Leader to lead and guide our HR department. As the pillar of our human resources team, you will ensure the effective operation and execution of HR activities and play a critical role in fostering the growth and success of our diverse organization. This position requires an individual who is not only adept at multitasking but also fluent in both English and Spanish, with an exceptional ability to engage with employees and leadership at all levels.

Responsibilities: - Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

- Administer and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes

- Ensure s are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations

- Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations

- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities

- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently

- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement talent management strategies

- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives

- Utilize HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce to manage employee data, payroll, time, etc.

- Provide support and guidance to HR staff

- Design and implement employee retention strategies

Skills: - Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and California employment laws

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee relations

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

- Proficient in using HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce

- Experience in conflict management and resolution

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills

- Demonstrated proficiency in IOs Apple Systems (preferrable)

- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations

- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork

-Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning

- A bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both languages.

- Demonstrated experience in leading HR functions and teams with a passion for developing talent.

- A comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and California legal compliance.

- Experienced with HRIS and talent management systems, specifically ADP and ADP Workforce.

- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Discretion in handling confidential information and maintaining privacy.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
