Bookkeeper

We are an import company located in Pomona, CA. We have been in business for the past 15 plus years, we have 2 locations (Pomona, Hayward). Responsibilities
- Perform technical accounting tasks, including account analysis, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and process payroll for employees.
- Month End Closing.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Generate financial reports and statements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations.

Qualifications
-knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets. OMS (Office Master System) will be the best or similar accounting software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
