American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with pediatric and torticollis experience for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Santa Clara, CA.

Details

• Outpatient setting only
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 36 hours per week
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Active CA PT license required (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS certification required
• Pediatric experience required
• Torticollis experience required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending credentials are not accepted
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

• Travelers who have previously worked at this facility may be subject to tenure restrictions — candidates must have taken a minimum 90-day break after reaching two years of cumulative assignment time at this facility
