About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventative care.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.
- Support a positive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program.
- Current California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Current CPR and ACLS certification preferred.
