US Air Conditioning Distributors is currently seeking skilled problem solvers with technical experience to join our team as a Customer Assurance Technical Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customers with product installation or service-related issues and then offer specific solutions to their problem or question regarding the products we sold them. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer assurance policies, and be trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a customer assurance technical representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls regarding product problems related to service, installation, and application questions while maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller. Additionally, you will be scheduling job site visits with the customer(s) for product start-up assistance or to resolve any issues if needed. Lastly, you will also be responsible for providing product-based and general knowledge training classes (training materials provided by the company).
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent - College Degrees or Certificates from associated HVAC-related trade schools or colleges are a plus
- 5 years of HVAC experience (i.e., performing services and installation)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be willing to travel within the Northern California Region.
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to handle high volume during peak demand times
- Basic computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
WE OFFER:

- Salary starting at $80,000 to $95,000 per year
