Contract Administrative Assistant Journeyman RQKP
- Prepare reports, papers, and briefings In Accordance With (IAW) DAFH 33-337 and prepare correspondence IAW AFMAN 33-326
- Perform the lifecycle tasks associated with Contract Closeout
- Coordinate, analyze, distribute, and monitor action items, taskers, suspense's, and responses.
- Perform Records Management at the Branch or Division level.
- Provide recommendations regarding administrative & office management processes & procedures.
- Prepare agendas, reports, documents, and briefings.
- Schedule meetings, maintain appointment calendars, and conference room schedules.
- Answer telephones, forward messages, and provide responses to routine queries.
- Manage and maintain internal office trackers, rosters, and lists.
- Manage Purchase Requests and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests. This includes retrieval from Government systems (CCaR, FM Suite, DEAMS, Etc…), logging and tracking, and distribution to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with Quarterly and Annual Awards
- Other Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant function as required by Division or Branch
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree OR
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in closely related skills
- Possess and maintain a Tier III Secret adjudicated security clearance
- Within 3 months of start candidate will be fully proficient in the following systems:
- Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Ability to learn, execute, and eventually train others within 6 months of their start date in the following systems:
- ConWrite, ConAward, CON-IT, CCaR, FMSuite, and DEAMs, KT-Fileshare, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment
- Travel to other Government or Contractor facilities may be required.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee may use repeated motions that include the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
